Relationship between Anxiety and Breast Milk Expulsion in Lactating Mothers

Background: Breastfeeding is the process of giving mother's milk to babies from birth two years. Exclusive breastfeeding can protect and children against dangerous diseases strengthens affection (bonding) between mother child. However, exclusive coverage rate still low due failure breastfeed. One factors that influence in be caused by not releasing milk. The smoothness strongly influenced psychological factors, namely anxiety. This study aims analyze relationship anxiety mothers Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency. Subjects Method: A cross-sectional was conducted Regency November 2022. total 83 were selected for this study. dependent variable smooth expulsion breast independent instrument used a questionnaire. Research data analyzed using Chi-Square test odds ratio (OR). Results: Anxiety affects release nursing mothers. who experience are at risk experiencing ejection as much 26.18 times compared do anxiety, these results statistically significant (OR= 26.18; 95% CI= 3.20 214.12; p<0.001).
